Swell Gibson utilizes the classic organ trio instrumentation of organ, guitar, and drums to create jammy, soulful music in the spirit of Jimmy Smith, Medeski Martin and Wood, and Soulive. Hammond Organ artist, Tris Duncan, along with Andy Ellsworth (guitar), and Tony Hundtoft (drums) cover funk classics by these artists at any given performance, alongside a handful of originals and instrumental twists on recognizable rock and pop songs.
